A
- long acting muscarinic antagonist (bronchodilator)
- preferrable to SAMA’s
- other LAMA’s - glycopyronium and aclidium

- abx when needed
- vaccination (flu and pneumococcal)
- mucolytics (carbocysteine)
- smoking cessation
- treat heart failure
- O2 therapy for respiratory failure
