- Rhus vernix or Venenata: same aspect as Rhus tox but grouped in bouquet and with the modality of improvement by heat
- Anagallis arvensis: dyshidrosis aspect in the palm of hands and feet. The vesicles dry up and then appear again in the same area
- Mezereum: vesicles with a thick, yellow, purulent content becoming brown to end as impetigo type crusts
- Croton tiglium: micro vesicles on the genitals and buttocks. Intense pruritis and painful scratching
- Borax: small vesicles in bouquet
