Q

What is the protocol and setup for the ruler drop test

Q

What is the protocol for the tennis ball wall throw?

A

Stand with both feet behind a marker 2 meters away from the wall holding the tennis ball in one hand.
When time begins throw the tennis ball with one hand and catch with the alternate hand.
Do this for 30 seconds and count how many times you do it without dropping the ball.
If the ball bounces on the floor before you catch it, the throw doesn’t count as a part of your score.
You’re score is recorded based on how many throws and catches your partner counted.
