A
  • productivity/ inefficient operations
  • poor industrial relations -> industrial action
  • change in leadership
  • change in structure required -> (layering or delayering)
  • change in the nature product/ service itself e.g. Royal Mail delivering letters
  • change in corporate objective (something becoming more important)
