Larceny

Lost/Mislaid v Abandoned
Larceny by Trick - Fraud to obtain possession but not title.
Embezzlement
Fraudulent conversion of rightfully entrusted personal property.
Employer gives custody - Minor employees guilty of larceny higher rank employees guilty of embezzlement.
Third party gives custody - All employees guilty of embezzlement.
False Pretense
Obtaining title by means of false representation of past or existing facts, which cause the victim to pass title to the wrongdoer.
Robbery
Larceny from the person by means of force, fear, violence or intimidation, in presence of victim.
MPC: Presence not required.
Subjective fear required, force must occur before or concurrently with taking.
Armed Robbery - Defendant armed with dangerous or deadly weapon.
Receiving Stolen Property
Receiving property knowing it to be stolen with intent to permanently deprive the owner of the property.
