Burglary
CL: 1) Breaking and 2) entering of the 3) dwelling house 4) of another 5) in the nighttime with the 6) specific intent to commit a felony therein;
breaking requires movement of the dwelling and way entry is accomplished, entered by agent or instrument, occupied for sleeping, after sunset, and intend to commit felony at time of entrance
ML: Trespassory/unlawful entrance into any structure with intent to commit any crime.
Arson
CL: Malicious burning of the dwelling house of another. Wanton and reckless conduct is sufficient, structure must be charred.
ML: Insurance fraud - Malicious burning of any structure.
Forgery
Fraudulent making or altering of a writing with intent to defraud. Document must be false and have apparent legal significance.
Uttering
Offering genuine instrument known to be false with intent to defraud.
Extortion
Obtaining property from another with consent by means of intimidation which is a lesser degree than required by robbery. Threat of future injury.
Misprision
Concealment and nondisclosure of known felonious conduct of another.
