Explain the contributions Of William Shakespeare and Christopher Marlowe in Theatre.
William Shakespeare, still the most famous play writer, wrote 38 plays and 153 sonnets. He was one of Lord Chamberlin’s men. Christopher Marlowe, was one of Thomas Walishams men and Shakespeare’s closest rival. He wrote 7 plays. Christopher Marlowe and William Shakespeare sometimes acted in plays together.
What reasons do you have to doubt that Marlowe died by accident?
The Shakespeare connection- Many thought that Marlowe was a better playwriter than Shakespeare and He sent Frizer to kill Marlowe
