Q

Describe the water cycle;

A
  1. The sun heats up the earth
  2. Water evaporates from oceans, rivers, lakes
  3. The warm, moist air rises. As the air cools condensations occurs to form clouds. Rain falls
  4. Water can be intercepted by vegetation- some is absorbed by plant roots and some returns to the air through the process of transpiration
