What are some of the issues with the amendment process?
Minority can fraustrate the will of majority.
Doesn’t stop short term trends e.g prohibition on 1918
Small states are over represented in the process e.g Alaska has the same say as California.
It allows power interpretation to the unelected Supreme Court.
