Built: Add sugar cube to Old Fashioned glass Saturate with Angostura bitters Splash of watter Stir vigorously until sugar cube fully disolved (Optional: muddle orange peel) Add ice Add 1 1/2 oz Bourbon Garnish w cherry and lemon peel
Paradise
35ml (7 parts) gin 20ml (4 parts) apricot brandy 15ml (3 parts) orange juice shaken served up
Planter’s Punch
45ml dark rum 35ml orange juice 35ml pineapple juice 20ml lemon juice 10ml grenadine 10ml simple syrup 3-4 dashes Angostura bitters Shake (except bitters) Highball glass. Add bitters on top

15ml brandy 40ml port 10ml egg yolk shaken served up garnish with grated nutmeg

Rusty Nail
45ml (9 parts) Scotch
25ml (5 parts) Drambuie

Sazerac
Fill old fashioned glass w ice and some water, move to the side.
Muddle sugar cube saturated w bittters and a splash of water, to saturation in another old fashioned glass. Add 2 oz rye whiskey.
Toss ice out of the other glass, add absinthe and swirl it around. Discard any excess. Pour the rye mixture into this glass. Twist a lmon peel over the glass and rub the rim of the glass with peel.
