1 part lime juice
3 parts ginger beer
serve in copper cup

Mint Julep

A

3 oz bourbon
4-6 mint leaves
Sugar to taste

Mint, sugar, splash of bourbon in mixing glass.
Muddle, let stand.
Strain and pour into a julep cup, rotating to coat the sides.
Add the rest of the bourbon.
Garnish with mint sprig.
