3 parts vodka 1 part galliano 6 parts fresh orange juice Stir vodka and OJ in the glass, fload galliano on top Garnish w orange slice

1 part brandy 3 parts ginger ale dash of Angostura bitter (float) Old Fashioned glass Lemon peel draped over teh edge

Heat coffee, whiskey, sugar; do not boil.
Pour in to glass, top with cream.

2 oz 7 parts tequila 3/4 oz 4 parts cointreau 1/2 oz 3 parts lime juice Shaken Rim glass with salt

1 part champagne
1 part orange juice

40ml 4 parts white rum 30ml 3 parts lime juice 6 mint leaves 2 tsp sugar soda water
Muddle mint w sugar and lime juice
add rum, top with club soda
Garnish with mint sprig, add straw
Moscow Mule
2 parts vodka
1 part lime juice
3 parts ginger beer
serve in copper cup
Mint Julep
3 oz bourbon
4-6 mint leaves
Sugar to taste
Mint, sugar, splash of bourbon in mixing glass.
Muddle, let stand.
Strain and pour into a julep cup, rotating to coat the sides.
Add the rest of the bourbon.
Garnish with mint sprig.
