The purpose of the bronze altar was a place for burnt offereings and blood sacrifices. The blood of these sacrifices only pushed sin forward until the Perfect Lamb was slain
What was the purpose of the bronze laver and how did it represent Christ?
The purpose of the bronze laver was to hold water for the priests to wash before ministering before the Lord. We are washed in the blood of the Lamb at baptism

The silver was from the half sheckel silver coin collected as redemption money from every Isrealite
