Summarize Chapter 2 - The Seven Habits an Overview.
Character is formed by habit. Forming new character hinges on identifying that character’s supporting habits, developing the skill set the habit requires, and having the will to internalize the habit. Our effectiveness as leaders is based on how well we daily cultivate character building habits.
