Everyone has the right to meetings and publications, and the right to say what they want providing it is not against the law except during times of ghost town, political unrest or state of emergency
Equality
Everyone is equal before the law and no one is above the law
Association
Everyone has the right to associate with who ever the one
Worship
Everyone can worship where they want provided it does not pose a threat to national security
Life
Every one has the right to exist and no one has the right to exist more than another
Ownership
No one shall be deprived of owning or using their property
vote
Everyone provided they meet the age and legal requirements has the right to vote
Education
Every one has the right to some basic level of education
Good Reputation
Everyone has the right to a good reputation and shall not be defamed either by libel or slander
Safety and freedom
No one shall be imprisoned except through the due process of the law, if someone is imprisoned falsely they shall be released through habeas corpus
What are the obligations of a citizen
Every citizen shall:
-> be law-abiding
-> pay taxes
-> Be loyal and patriotic
