Personal fable and Imaginary audience
Personal fable: what you’re experiencing is unique to you and no one else is experiencing it
Imaginary audience: everyone is looking at you all the time and making judgements

Practical - information about getting on in the world, common sense or adapting to every day life
Creative - solve new problems quickly or solve familiar problems in an automatic way

bottom up is sensory input to thoughts and top down processing is thoughts to sensory
Two types of amnesia
Retrograde and Anterograde amnesia. Retrograde: unable to remember events from your past. Anterograde: unable to create new memories but can remember the past
