Q

Insecurity in the quest for prestige

A

The quest for power is hard bc you can’t know what the other states want.
Ex: Ukraine war: war for prestige according to the teacher. Material interest? no. Quest for power? no. Quest for security? surely Russian believe so but going to war is not the solution.
