General characteristics of pulp cavity
A
- Has pulp champer and root canal
- pulp champer follow the configuration of the crown
- root canal follow the configuration of the root

Mesiodistal section
A
- it consist of pulp chamber and root canal but smaller and shorter the central incisor
- the canal is often very fine with thin walls
- the pulp chamber does not show the three sharp pulp horns

Labiolingual section
A
- access cavity is similar to central incisor
- the canal is similar to the central incisor
- there is a narrowing of the canal at the apical third level
- the root is more palatally placed , an important point when any per radicular surgical procedures are carried out on this tooth
- the access cavity is similar to the central incisor
