Equality, is treating everyone equally regardless of their personal characteristics. This means, that the decision made is given my an impartial, competent judge/ court.

  • An understanding of legal rights

Access, means that people have access to courts and tribunals. Furthermore, they have access to institutions who offer legal advise. They may offer advice on criminal case. They should not be out of reach.
