The president can pardon federal criminals, make treaties (which they have to ratified by the senate). and appoint judges to federal courts, including the supreme courts, which also have to be confirmed by the senate.

is known as the cabinet. They are also head of the many executive departments. these department cover everything from defense to education to housing and much more.

Is second command. She is president of the senate meaning she break ties. she also advice the president. she would also take over as president is he dies or is unstable to continue in office.
