What are present participles?

A

Present participles are verb forms that end in -ant and are equivalent to English verbs that end in -ing.

How do you form present tense?

A

Take the nous form of the present tense of the verb → drop the -ons and add -ant.

FOR EXAMPLE - jouons → jou + ant → jouant - playing.

A
