1) match must not start/continue if has fewer than 7 players 2) if player has deliberately left field - ref is not obliged to stop play until ball is out of play

1) Official competitions - up to maximum of 5 - top divisions - 3 2)competitions rules must state how many substitutes from 3 to max of 12 - whether one additional sub maybe used in extra time

1) Must leave at nearest point of boundary line - unless ref indicates otherwise (safety/security)

Question 4

Offences and sanctions for subs (2)

Answer 4

If named substitute starts match instead of named player, ref allows play to continue - reports incident to appropriate authorities 2) if player changes with keeper without informing ref - allow play to continue - cautions both players when ball out of play unless change at ht.

Question 5

Extra persons on the field of play (4)

Answer 5

If sub/outside agent etc enters field - ref must only stop play if there is an interference, have person removed when play stops 2) If there is interference by team official/player - restarts with a fk/pk 3) if outside agent - dropped ball 4) If ball is going into goal and interference does not prevent defending player, goal is awarded unless interference was made by attacking player

Players outside the field of play entering (2)

Answer 6

If players reenters without permission of ref: stop play (not immediately if player does not interfere with play), caution player 2) if ref stops play, restarted with direct fk for position of interference, indirect fk from position of play when play was stopped if no interference

Goal scored with extra player on field of play (3)

Answer 7

If referee realises before play restarts than ref must disallow goal if extra person was associate of the team that scored - play restarted with direct free kick from position of extra person - outside agent - dropped ball 2)ref must allow goal if extra person was of team that conceded goal - outside agent who did not interfere 3) if play restarts before ref realises - goal cannot be disallowed
