What are the eight life processes?
Movements, respiration, sensitivity, growth, reproduction, excretion, nutrition, control internal condition
What is the difference between unicellular and multicellular organism?
Unicellular organisms only have one cell, multicellular have many cells
What do all plants and animals have in common?
They are made of cells, grow, reproduce, carry out life process
What is the role of a fungi in the ecosystem?
Fungi decompose organic materials, and recycle nutrients
Why are viruses not considered living organisms?
They cannot reproduce on their own and do not carry out life process
What is respiration?
Using oxygen to produce energy
What does control internal conditions mean?
Keep something constant, for example temperature
What is the order of the levels in an organism?
Organelle, cell, tissue, organ, organ system
What is yeast?
A fungi
