Who is Jesus?
A religious leader revered in Christianity, one of the world’s major religions. He is regarded by most Christians as the Incarnation of God.
Who where the apostles?
Simon Peter, Andrew, James, John, Philip, Bartholomew, Matthew, Thomas, Simon, Thaddaeus, James, Judus.
What is an incarnation?
The christian belief that God came to earth in human form (Jesus).
What is a prophet?
A person inspired by God through the Holy spirit to share the messages of God.
What is a Messiah?
The chosen one sent down by God to save humanity
Why is Jesus called the son of man?
It suggests that he is also human as well as being divine.
Why do people call Jesus the Son of God?
Shows us that he is equal to God.
What is the last day of judgment?
The Jewish and Christian belief that there will be a day at the end of time where everone will be judged for there sins.
What is christmas?
A christian festival that celibrates the incarnation of Jesus.
What is meant by consubstantial?
It means that the son (Jesus) is made of the same substance as the father (God). Both are God.
What is divine?
From God or like God.
What is the holy Trinity?
The christian belief that there are three persons in one God. Jesus, the Father and the Holy spirit.
What does it mean to be a disiple?
Is a follower of somebody ; a learner.
What is mission (religious)?
An important task given by Jesus co the apostles to spread the message that
Jesus is God.
