Took much less time and is far more convenient compared to before

Attacking personal stuff and not ideas. Using bad things from a candidates past life and not even their principles.

Henry Clay, Andrew Jackson, John Quincy Adams, and William Harris Crawford ran for presidency but none had enough electoral votes.
Adams proposes to Clay that if Clay supported Adams then Adams would become Secretary of State which is an advantageous position, in order to become president This sets the stage for dirty politicking.

well-known by Americans for his role in the War of 1812 (battle of New Orleans) as a general as well as being a strong-willed, strong-tempered, and strong-tongued politician
What was Andrew Jackson’s Assassination Attempt?
Andrew Jackson was leaving the funeral of the South Carolina congressman Warren Davis and a house painter named Richard Lawrence shot Andrew Jackson twice but misfired twice and Jackson ran after him and started beating him with his cane. People believed that Lawrence had a mental issue that resulted in him trying to kill Jackson, and spent the rest of his life in mental institutions.

Missouri wants to become a state, but we need to balance the free and slave states thus Maine is a free state but Slavery was prohibited in the remaining territories of Louisiana

US would oppose efforts of colonization and would stay out of European matters and nobody interferes with America’s matter
Why was South Carolina against the Tariff of 1828?
it only benefitted the North and they were already angry by the Missouri compromise because they believed the national gov had too much strength
How did Jackson respond to the nullification crisis?
Used the force act and collected taxes using Army and Navy
What was the Indian Removal Act?
used funds to uproot 5 Native American nations and used force to remove them causing the Trail of Tears. The pleas were ignored by President Jackson.
