What movements happen at subtler joint mostly?
ligaments?
Were are the compartments? whats contained in them?
A
dorsi and plantar flexion predominate at subtler joint so check
-medial ligaments are more stable so less likely going to get eversion sprain
-laterall ligaments are smaller so more prone to inversion injury
-anterior compartment- deep peroneal
lateral compartment- superficial peroneal

What are the things that would contribute to excessive hyperpronation?
And what would this cause?
A
- obesity
- hip abductor weakness
- genu valgum
- short a chillies tendon
- high heels
- tight shoes
- weak toe flexors
- posterior tibial tendon dysfunction
May cause:
- plantar fascitits
- posterior tibial tendon dysfunction
- Foorfoot changes
- metatarsalgia
- hallux valgus (bunion)
