Q

What is Overexploitation and what is its mitigation measures

A

Overexploitation is the unsustainable use of resources whereby the rate of extraction is beyond the regeneration capacity of the environment leading ultimately to resource depletion

Mitigation:
Alter behavior by creation seasonal extraction and a total ban on sensitive and endemic species
Encourage the consumption of other more abundant species.
Replace hardwood products with synthetic products to reduce the demand on forest.
Use resources more efficiently

The elimination and alteration og the space and conditions necessary for the survival of plants and animals making it incapable of supporting life
Mitigation:
Recycling of forest products
Stop junk mail
Do not buy endangered animal products
Buy recycled products
Replace wood with durable material like blocks and steel
