What is prime aspiration of bodhisattva?
It is important to aspire to and cultivate bodhi-mind, the altruistic mind of enlightenment that seeks to deliver all beings from suffering.
How we should regard ourselves on Mahayana path?
Alsways think of yourself as beginners, remain humble, and don’t feel pride and arrogance.
What is square one on Mahayana path?
It is generating beginner’s mind.
Having a beginner’s mind?
You will not feel discouraged on the path, since it will always be something new.
What have bodhisattva to accomplish?
Nothing. They do not have the idea that they must help sentient beings.
What responds bodhisattvas to?
They naturally respond to others, whose needs provide them with the opportunity to practice.
They are greatful to them for this opportunity.
