pumps deoxygenated blood to the lungs

Pumps the blood out of the heart
Tricuspid valve Function
On the right side, opens due to a build-up of pressure in the right atrium
Bicuspid valve Fuction
On the left side, opens due to a build-up of pressure in the left atrium
Semilunar valve Function
Close to prevent blood from flowing back into the ventricles.
Left ventrical Fuction
Pumps oxygenated blood around the body through the aorta
Right ventrical Fuction
Pumps deoxygenated blood to the lungs through the pulmorary artery.
Vena Cava Function
Carries blood to the heart from the body
Pulmonary artery function
carries deoxygenated blood from the right ventricle to the lungs
Pulmonary vein Function
transfer oxygenated blood from the lungs to the heart
