What is a PT diagnosis?

A

PT Diagnosis–based on what is happening within the mvt system.
PTs use labels that identify the IMPACT of a condition on function at the level of the system (especially the mvt system) and at the level of the whole person.
Describe in terms of ROM, strength, and not w a particular pathology.
