What is the first noble truth?
Since all existence is impermanent, all existence involves suffering
What is the second noble truth?
All suffering comes from craving and desire
What is the third Noble Truth?
If you cease craving then you cease suffering because the cannot be affected by the three poisons (greed, ignorance, hatred)
What is the Fourth Noble Truth?
To cease craving you need to follow the middle way and follow the Eightfold Path to Nibbana

Avoiding working in industry that obstructs Right Action, Right Speech or Right Thought
