What is Congress?
A two house system of government that can make laws.
If the House of Representatives pass a law, what can stop that law from being passed?
The senate could reject the bill, or the President could veto it if the senate passes it as well and sends it to them.
What is the Supreme Court?
The highest court in America, basically is the guardian of the constitution, can appeal cases, if they were being punished in a way thats unconstitutional.
