A
  1. Ask the customer to pull their lower eyelid down
  2. Ask them to look up, and left and right
  3. Then ask them to raise their upper eyelid
  4. Ask them to look down, and left and right
    You are trying to check the colour of their eyes as well as examine their pupils.

-Repeat this 2 to 4 times a day.

-take breaks to rest your eyes when using a computer screen
-make sure your computer screen is just below eye level
-use a humidifier to stop the air getting dry
-if you wear contact lenses, take them out and wear glasses to rest your eyes
