A

S - Suspected suicide
U - Unnatural or violent death
P - Pregnancy or deaths during child birth
I - Institutional deaths
N - No doctor certificate issued or cause unknown
E - Enactment requires the holding of an inquest
S - Surgical or medical or dental operation or procedure
