What is a related offence to issuing a PSO?
A
Leaving whilst the PSO is being issued can result in being arrested.

What must the bound person do?
A
Surrender firearms, weapons, licence immediately. And leave land the PAR is at.

How long can a PSO last?
A
Up to 10 days.

When must the PSO be served after it being issued?
A
48hrs

If a person breaches a PSO what can we do!
A
Bring them into our custody for 24hrs. And hopefully to court within 24hrs.
