Who are framers
those who were at the convention were known as the framers. The framers were wealthy, influential, and well educated many of the framers had also been leaders during the revolution, including Pennsylvania delegate Benjamin Franklin.
Who is James Madison?
he is from Virginia and he was the best prepared to craft a constitution for the new nation. His research and knowledge proved the most influential in shaping the ideas for the final document.
What is federalism?
federalism is to share governing power

dual sovereignty is giving state governments, certain powers that the national government cannot overrule. It was a very important.
what was the framers goal?
their goal was to create a government that was neither too strong like the British monarchy Nord, two week as under the articles of confederation
what is republicanism?
in a republican government says citizens elect officials to represent them, and these officials must act and govern according to law
what was another principle that guided the delicates?
elections and legislative votes would be decided by majority rule. Majority rule requires that the candidates or legislation receive at least one more than half votes

majority rule means that support for a successful candidate or law must be strong
