We the people of the United States of America in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice insure domestic tranquility provide for the common defense promote the general welfare and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity do ordain and establish this constitution for the United States of America.
Is the constitution very vague or very specific and why?
The constitution is very vague and simple because of new ideas possibly coming. Also they kept it vague because people might want to change it.
What is the first article of the constitution?
The first article is the legislative branch.
What is the second article of the constitution?
The second article is the Executive branch.
What is the third article of the constitution?
The third article is the Judicial branch.
What is the fifth article?
It tells how to amend the constitution.
What is the sixth article?
It explains the National supremacy of the federal government.
What is the seventh article?
Tells how to ratify the constitution.
Amendment 1
The freedom of speech, religion, press, assemble and petition of government
Amendment 2
The right to bear arms and to have a militia
Amendment 3
The government can not put soldiers in ones house except in times of war and then according to the law.
What is the fourth article?
The fourth article is the relations between the states.
Amendment 4
No unreasonable searches and seizures of a citizen’s property
Amendment 5
- one accused of crime does not have to testify against himself
- A person found not guilty of a crime can not be tried again for the same offense
- there has to be enough evidence to have a trial
- People cannot be deprived of life property of liberty without due process

The right to a fair and speedy trail

You have the right to a jury if the money in dispute is $20 or more
