Horses - some choose a nomadic lifestyle.
Oxen - efficient farming + trandpotation
Pigs - Hernando De Solo brought 13 pigs to the new world, 3 years later there were 700!
What kind of crops did the old world gain?
potato, sweet potato, cassava, maize, tomato, chilli, tobacco, cacao. (many of these became culinary centerpieces)
How did the climate affect the growth of some plants?
The warmth and good soil increased the availability of Sugar and Coffee.
