All knowledge enters through senses, we can only be certain of our perceptions. Ideas are passive, we can’t choose our perception so it must be God. Idealism’ esse est percipi, to be is to be perceived. World is not material but real

A
Problem of induction. The copy principle and correlation. We think in causation, came up with analysis of causality. Induction is faulty because we can’t prove necessity.

- Consistantcy; cause precedes effect
- Exclusivity; necessary condition (what we can’t prove)
