Implied – barracks inspections, in-ranks inspections etc.
NCO Support Channel?
subordinate to and supportive of the chain of command the communication and supervision that begins with CSM through Team Leaders used for executing the commander’s orders and getting routine, but important, jobs done.

- giving knowledge to other people
- voluntary, developmental relationship that exists between a person of greater experience and a person of lesser experience
