Do you like the area that you live in?
Where do you like to go in that area?
I live in the eastern part of Daegu and it’s been 2 years. I like my neighborhood and city because it is far from the city center so it is quiet and peaceful. There are some essential convenient facilities. My favorite spot in the area is the mountain or park near my house. I think I will be here for another 2 years because I like my house.
Do you know any famous people in your area?
There are not many famous people from Daegu, but I know one person which is Director Bong. Director Bong produced many famous movies including Parasite, Snowpiercer, and Okja. I heard that he was born in Daegu so I’m very proud of it.
What are some changes in the area recently?
Recently, a new public swimming pool was established in my neighborhood. The swimming pool is spacious and the facilities are very good so I’m planning to use this as an opportunity to learn how to swim.
Do you know any of your neighbours?
I don’t know a lot of my neighbors but my house owner lives on the first floor. So, I know him but we’re not close. But I know that he is a kind person and he gives feedback when there is a request about the house. Other than him, I barely even meet any neighbor.
