A

A

Allows you to designate specific PDF files that automatically merge with provider data when it’s imported from the MD-App application. It’s usually used with State-mandated applications but can be used for any pdf template.

A

PDF templates are signed within MD-App using DocuSign and AdobeSign for state mandated applications. When the provider’s application is imported into MD-Staff the state mandated application will appear in the files folder along with any other documents that required signatures and a copy of the MD-App application.   2. Credentialing > MD-App > Begin a Reappointment.
    BUT you should be choosing an Initial Application template that has been created and is allowed to be used as a Reappointment.

A

They are the minimum entries/sections in the application that must be filled out in order to submit the application, unless they submit an exemption for it.
