A

ACEi = improve survival (prevent remodeling)
b-blocker (meto/carv) = improve survival (prevent remodeling
Spironolactone = improve survival in NYHA II / IV
Furosemide = only improve sxs
Digoxin = only improve sxs and decrease hospitalizations
