A
Supine Lying 
Abd arm to 90° 
Extn Rotn arm 
\+ve= “apprehension”,
fear, muscle spasm, concious
limitation of movt. Not pain 
Repeat test with a AP glide
to HOH, +ve= increased
ROM/reduction in
apprehension
