Who is responsible for ROUTINE TESTING?
ROUTINE TESTING is the responsibility of the contractor.

1.) Work in-compliance becomes the responsibility of the OWNER.

BLOWER DOOR TEST
Measures air flow between spaces, checks for DUCTWORK AIRTIGHTNESS, and helps detect air leakage.
