Varicocele - Dilated veins in pampiniform plexus (collection of veins in scrotum)
Hydrocele - collection of fluid in tunica vaginalis
Epididymis- orchitiS - infection of epididymis and testes due to chlamydia and gonorrhoea
Testicular cancer - seminoma (40 years old) and germ cell (less than 30 year old and worse prognosis)

Associated with RENal cell carcinoma
Hydrocele features
Fluctuate swelling that transiluminates
Epididymis- orchitiS Features
Swollen
Tender
Red
Warm testicle
Cancer features
Form mass tethered to testes
Dull ache
Heaviness
Abdominal pain
Investigations for testicular mass
Bloods: tumour markers (LDH, AFP)
Urethral swab
Imaging: Ultrasound, staging CT
