Scrotal U/S, followed by CT chest/abdo/ pelvis

AFP

In which types of testicular cancer is AFP elevated?
A
If AFP elevated, non-seminoma will ALWAYS be present.

What is the treatment for testicular cancer?
A
Localized - Surgical orchiectomy
Metastatic - Chemotherapy (usually bleomycin, etoposide, cisplatin)
