Albuterol
Nebulizer: 2.5 mg
Adenosine
Symptomatic tachycardia: 6mg then 12mg
Amiodarone
Stable wide tachycardia: 150mg/ 10 min
Pulse less v-tach/v-fib: 300 mg followed by 150mg
ASA
Acute coronary syndrome: 160-324mg
Atenolol
Narrow complex tachycardia refractory to adenosine: 5 mg in 5 min
Atropine sulfate
Symptomatic bradycardia: 0.5 mg
Organophosphate poisoning: 2-4 mg
Premedicate Pedi RSI: 0.01mg/ kg
Calcium Chloride
Beta Blocker OD: 500- 1,000 mg
D50
Hypoglycemia: 25 g
Diazepam
Adult seizure: 5 mg
Diltiazem
A-fib ( narrow irregular): 0.25 mg/ kg slow
Diphenhydramine
Allergy/ anaphylaxis: 25-50 mg
Dopamine
Hypotension/ ROSC: 10 mcg/ min
Epinephrine
Cardiac arrest: 1mg
Bradycardia/ hypotension: 2-10 mcg/ min
Anaphylaxis: 0.3-0.5mg IM or 0.1 IV
Pedi cardiac arrest: 0.01 mg/kg
Etomidate
RSI sedative: 0.3 mg
Fentanyl Citrate
Pain: 50-100mcg
Flumazenil
Benzodiazepine OD: 0.2 mg, repeat until desired affect
