Q

Discuss what Wong means “learning has nothing to do with what the teacher covers. Learning has to do with what the student accomplishes” and how that relates to the 3 student centered domains of PDAS

A

Learning lies within the student and what they internalize/accomplish. The teacher can cover anything, but it is irrelevant if the student doesn’t learn anything. PDAS is focused around the student in the areas of engagement, instruction, and evaluation bc if the teacher is truly being effective, then the results will lie within the students accomplishments
