Risk factor: hypertension
systolic >= 140 and or diastolic >=90 (measured on two occasions), or antihypertensive medication
Risk factor: dyslipidema
LDL >=130, HDL =200 mg/dL, or cholesterol lowering medication
Risk factor: prediabetes
IFG >=100 mg/dL and =140 mg/dL and
Risk factor: HDL (negative risk factor)
HDL >= 60 mg/dL
