A
symptoms can be positive, negative or disorganized. two or more of: delusions, hallucinations, disorganized speech, disorganized behavior, or negative symptoms have to be present for a month; with one of them being delusions, hallucinations, or disorganized speech. functions in work, relationships or self care have decreased.
